My Approach

As an Integrative-Relational Counsellor and Psychotherapist I draw on theories which enable me adapt the therapy to individual needs. Person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioural perspectives help me understand your current experience as well as how past influences may be affecting your emotions and ways of being.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is integrated as a means of identifying links between patterns of thought, emotions, behaviour
and physical symptoms.

I help clients with a range of difficulties including:
